I had a gas furnace installed seven years ago by Cordone and Tonucci and it worked perfectly (without needing servicing) until yesterday afternoon (a Saturday) when it failed. I called C and T and received a call back within 15 minutes. Within an hour, Rich came and solved the problem, replacing a thermocouple (apparently they do wear out), and I have heat again. The emergency service was prompt, successful and performed by a charming young man. I can recommend C and T 100% because service like theirs is exceptional.

Awesome after hours emergency service by Rich who got us working heat for the weekend. Followed up with excellent customer service by Rhonda, who moved the schedule around to make times work for our family schedule, to get the permanent fix scheduled. Lastly was Eddie, who was so patient and thorough in explaining what the issue was, how he was fixing it, and what to watch out for in the future. He also installed a thermostat for us and explained how to program it as well as any issues we might have with compatibility with our steam system.
