I have been working with Active Wellness now for over 4 years, and I highly recommend working with them. We started with workouts in person in their New Haven studio, but then the Pandemic started and I moved to a different state. I have been working consistently with Drew and Christina for over 2 years, and cannot recommend them highly enough. I've participated in each of their comprehensive offerings during that time - from group wellness coaching to individual personal training (including virtual!) and have seen real outcomes both physically and mentally. Drew and Christina tag-team their fitness sessions, which provides a rich variety of techniques and exercises and keeps me engaged, working hard, and seeing results! I can't recommend Active Wellness enough! I've worked with Christina and Drew for 3 years and they are fantastic trainers and health coaches who take a holistic approach to wellness and fitness. They are both incredibly warm and create a soothing and safe environment for working out, recharging, and discussing my health/wellness goals such as improving sleep, stress management, and nutrition.
