Most of the caregivers are caring people but concerns about the company management. I had serious questions about practices, policies and professionalism. I consider most homemaker companion agencies to require solid supervision from families, but consider this one an outlier on that spectrum. It was a horrible experience. The company really interfered with family relations - very disruptive, inappropriate, boorish. I had never seen anything like it. It was over the top
