They don't know the time when they're supposed to because you're sure to lose the "clock in" when you send the time sheets, they don't know how to organize, and you have to send it by mail and have everything so they can pay you, they won't give you even 5 more hours to work even with the client asking for it, most of them don't let you speak, they talk over you and asking you questions themselves don't let you express yourself, a total lack of faith, respect and communication!!! Horrible!! Never have any aides, been left with no one several times and never notified that no one was coming. Patient coordinator has no clue as to what she's doing and that office is total chaos with mess up after mess up!! Stay clear of them.

When I called A & B Homecare Solutions Manchester Office for home health aides on very short notice Diane Maiorano found us caring, efficient, certified aides who stayed with us as long as we needed them. She visited our home before and checked with us after. I would highly recommend this company and I would like to thank the aides she sent. They were wonderful
