Two of us went in as walk in customers. The employees were so very kind to us. The one who went first ended up feeling sick and almost passing out. Everyone was so wonderful. They kept checking on him . They fed him and gave him juices to drink. They kept him safe and comfortable. He was unable to finish his tattoo. The artist was so great with him. I had mine done and it came out perfectly. Due to the almost passing out, our time ran late, but everyone stayed a little over hours for us. Honestly this place seemed great but they are not very friendly or attentive to customers. I was sitting there for over an hour waiting for my tattoo artist. My tattoo artist also pushed back my appointment by 3 hours. Yes it was my choice to wait but I live an hour and half away and I wasn’t leaving without a tattoo. The inside of the place is also kind of dirty and there is barley any additional seating. Also the “tattoo chair” was also just a folding plastic chair that’s wasn’t cleaned or wrapped or protected. I made an appointment for my first tattoo because I was referenced this place. I live a hour and a half away from the place and I was stuck in traffic. I contacted my artist letting her know I would be late and I was 30 minutes late but when I got there my artist was no where to be found. The people there didnt even acknowledge me coming in and there was no were to sit. It was an uncomfortable situation just sitting there . My artist had me waiting for a whole hour.
