I have used this company for many years now, and they are truly wonderful. Antonio and his team are truly talented technicians—always prompt, fair and affordable. Brenden came out after hours last night to fix our tenant's broken furnace in Gaylordsville, and promptly diagnosed and replaced the motor. Thea at the office is communicative and caring—and always takes care of my service call immediately. Best of all, the invoices from Reliable always seem quite fair, especially in view of the excellent service.
Reliable Heating LLC.All said in there name. Realized I had a water heater leak late Friday knight. I called them after hours and recieved a call right back after they got my message..I mentioned I could handle the water leak myself but would like to see them the next day. They came out promptly the next day and proceeded to take care of it. I've worked with Antonio with my furnace replacement in the past and this time with Rick and his helper Alex..with my water heater....Job well done. Thanks guys These guys are very professional and not to forget to mention. Isabell always a pleasant and professional crew. Till next time
May 12 and 13, 2021 Reliable replaced both our 20+year old central a/c compressor with a more efficient unit, and they replaced our nearly 62-year old oil tank during the past two days. Knowledgeable. efficient, friendly, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and competitively priced. Office staff made it easy to schedule appointment and the owners were hands-on involved in every aspect of installation and clean-up and post-job inspection. Highly recommend Reliable Heating LLC.
