One life coaching session changed my life. Seana listened with deep empathy and offered guidance—that just made sense! I left her studio ready and able to put our plan into action. Throughout the next 6 weeks, I found inner peace. I lost 10 pounds, reaching my goal weight. I left go of emotional baggage and focused my attention on what I really want and how I want to feel. Seana is very good at what she does! I highly recommend!

I just started EarthFIT about a month ago, and I'm so glad I did! The coaches are excellent - very encouraging and helpful. I did not exercise much before joining so I was nervous about going, but I am able to do the exercises and as I said, the coaches are terrific. The classes are perfect for me - 30 minutes in the morning and I'm done. I would highly recommend joining!

My only regret with signing up for EarthFIT is that I didn’t do it sooner! I held myself back for so long because I embarrassed by my fitness level and worried about working out in front of people I knew. After so many wasted gym memberships and home workout videos I would never keep up with, I finally committed to making a change and am working hard and seeing real results! The training staff is wonderful and the instruction and encouragement they provide is what makes EarthFIT so special.
