DO NOT work here! (especially if you are a woman, the owner treats women way worse) This is a dead end and failing company, owned by narcissist. My very first day working here he followed a week old employee out of his office yelling at her because of differences is design options. That being said, this companies turnover rate is insanely high. In my short few months of working here 3 people had quit (not including myself) because of the terrible treatment from the owner to the people working in the office and the crew members.This company also used inferior tools that make the crews life much harder that it needs to be, all because the owner is extremely cheap. In my opinion they are the worst landscape company I’ve ever worked for. In my opinion they prefer customers who don’t know anything about plants or plant care so they can get away with not doing things and doing things. In my opinion they sell inferior plants and the trees are of poor quality. Their property management is inferior. What I would do is hire a good property manger to over see their work and to make sure that they follow the contract to the letter. If you are paying for X amount of hours per guy make sure that that many people are there working on your property. Check your cameras to verify the amount of people there.
