DO NOT work here! (especially if you are a woman, the owner treats women way worse) This is a dead end and failing company, owned by narcissist. My very first day working here he followed a week old employee out of his office yelling at her because of differences is design options. That being said, this companies turnover rate is insanely high. In my short few months of working here 3 people had quit (not including myself) because of the terrible treatment from the owner to the people working in the office and the crew members. This company also used inferior tools that make the crews life much harder that it needs to be, all because the owner is extremely cheap. A very...read full review
In my opinion they are the worst landscape company I’ve ever worked for. In my opinion they prefer customers who don’t know anything about plants or plant care so they can get away with not doing things and doing things. In my opinion they sell inferior plants and the trees are of poor quality. Their property management is inferior. What I would do is hire a good property manger to over see their work and to make sure that they follow the contract to the letter. If you are paying for X amount of hours per guy make sure that that many people are there working on your property. Check your cameras to verify the amount of people there. DON'T HAVE THEM WORK ON YOUR PROPERTY!!!. In my opinion they are the worst landscape company I've ever worked for. In my opinion they prefer customers who don't know anything about plants or plant care so they can get away with not doing things. Their property management is inferior. What I would do is hire a good property manger for your property to over see their work and to make sure that they follow the contract to the letter. If you are paying for X amount of hours per guy make sure that that many people are there working on your property. Check your cameras to verify the amount of people there. Check for all your plants that were suppose to be planted. Check for green paint on trees and on grass where there suppose to be green foliage. They are rude to their employees. Under paid for the amount of work, the benefits were a joke, under staffed because of attitude from upper management. They say if you complete project ahead of schedule you get a bonus but it never happens. The female workers had it the worst which lead to them quitting. I was also working in the store and was told that I was going to get commission on all the sales I made and I never saw any of it. They pay biweekly and they don't pay overtime correctly. I would screenshot every time I punched in and punched out and have to call someone in Poland to correct my hours quite regularly. If you plan on working there get everything they say in writing. Keep track of all your hours everyday screenshot when you punch in and punch out. There is no separation in planting and property care crews be prepared to plant trees and shrubs, property care (prune, weed, spray chemicals with no PPE), do lighting, and irrigation for little pay based on how much work even if your are experienced in all aspects of horticulture. If you plan on working there get everything they say in writing if they say you're going to get commission on sales get it in writing the bonus pay everything. Keep track of all your hours everyday screenshot when you punch in and punch out. All I have stated in my opinion based off my experience working there.
