“I was looking forward to my haircut as I thought I would get an haircut that would work without loads of product and blow drying, but I ended up with a terrible cut. Raymond does not listen. He has given me specifically what I asked him not to give me. He refused to look at pictures I had brought with me. He has cut off so much hair that it will take years to grow it back. When I said I didn’t like it, he flippantly remarked that I could put it up as I had it before. It seems that the hair cut is for Raymond rather than the client and when I expressed concern during the cut, he just seemed to brush it off implying that everything was in his capable hands. I now have to spend much more time on my hair than I did before to avoid the look he has created and with one of my children getting married in the next couple of months, this is upsetting.

I have to revise this posting as about 8 months of growing out, I have finally ended up with the hair I wanted. It is almost zero maintenance and looks great. My only advice to someone going to Raymond is to bear this in mind“
