We requested deep cleaning. if the two cleaners - one was GREAT and did a fantastic job cleaning out areas like the kitchen and bathroom. The second cleaner, who handled wiping things dow, I am not really sure why he came... everything he touched was still dirty. We had dust all over the house, and if I gently put a rag over it it came up with brown dust. It was clear many surfaces had not even been touched. My family had to redo all the work, so we are not really sure why we paid someone else to do it. Overall, the house was cleaner, but we did not receive the product we paid for.
