Did not have to wait very long at allBlood drawn very professionally no pain whatsoever. This is my second time at this location and the previous appointment was also very good. Five stars!

There are many many things they can improve on but for today I want to say there is no longer a physician on call. I would not have had to need a physician on-call if the receptionist would have contacted the proper person to write my prescription when I called them at 11 AM 1 PM and 3:30 PM. I get a phone call from a Sierra stating that I need to see the urgent care that there are no doctors on call. So then they call me back from the urgent care company and tell me they do not accept my insurance so I say well how much if I self-pay they say no you cannot self-pay if you have insurance. this left me having to call my neurologist to write the prescription until Monday.... read full review

Annual physical one month agoPhysician said medications would be PrescribedWent to pharmacy 10 days ago, they said there were no refills and they would contact physicianCalled pharmacy 1 day ago, 9 days after 1st call.They had not heard from physician, would contact and RX would be available today.Went to pharmacy to pick up refill. Starling physicians had not returned call.Called Physician today to get refill. No starling physician wad available. Spoke to an answering service for another practice.
