They were incredibly knowledgable and very good about keeping us informed during every step of their process. Our technician explained to me very clearly (but not condescendingly!) what was going on and actually helped me to understand our own A/C system better. They didn't try to upsell us anything either. I am glad our HVAC system is now in this company's hands.
