Great service. Called in the morning, they were waiting for me when I got home from work. Kyle was fantastic, quick repair and explained everything that was going on. He also took a look at a repair I did and let me know that if that fails, he could fix that without a problem. We've been using Personal Energy for years as our supplier, and now we know we can count on them for everything! Jarren runs a great company!
I could not be happier with the service we had received from Personal Energy! We had called them in an pseudo emergency because we needed proof of recent service to both our furnace and HVAC system to try to show to potential buyers for our house. They all but immediately came out to service both system in which they had unfortunately found some concerns and had also found work that had not been performed by our previous service company (who shall remain nameless at this time). Can't recommend this company highly enough! Competitive prices, top notch customer service, and they always deliver so quickly. We have relied on them for our home heating oil for almost four years and have never had an issue. This is a business that absolutely deserves your support.
