The people who work at the Hospital for Special Care are wonderful. I have very recently had the need and opportunity to meet members of their team and receive care from them. Their name says it all. They care about their patients and they provide special care for all.
Went there after a stroke in April, the therapist were great they had me back on my feet in 1 month , I even liked the food too , thanks guys for helping me and all the staff that took care of me.
Good staff at hospital and many have taken care of my family. Very blessed for them to be in my family lives when they were here. But I left hospital because feeling unappreciated and will never come back. Some of the leaders are cold and stand off. and last straw was the immaturity of one of the senior managers Jen who is our boss and i refuse to be treated that way. She is immature and childish. She has her favorites and if you agree with her she leaves you alone and is nice. but if you question her or have different opinion against her, she literally has a temper tantrum, turns red and gets very angry. it happend to me and i was scared and no one listen to my concerns. she does it alot. I have been on the receiving end of this more than once and was last straw. The hospital turns blind eye to bad behavior of managers but no support for the staff. I said i love the staff i worked with but i need to find another job where my respiratory therapy skills can make a difference and i can be appreciated. she needs to grow up. her temper tantrums are childish and sick of it
