After moving here from out of state, our biggest decision was to find an oil company we could trust. Some companies never even got back to us, another tried to sell us overpriced things we didn’t even need.Finally, we called Thurston Oil in Naugatuck, and knew immediately that they were right for us. They answered the phone right away and without being put on hold! They are a family run business, and we were made to feel like we were part of that family! We’re not just a number to them, they remember us when we call or stop in.A big shout out to Tony, Carl, Sue, Dave & Mike!We could not recommend them more highly!

Wow, some of these reviews are wild... well it's now 2021 and Sue & Thurstons are amazing. She's a wonderfully kind and soft spoken woman. She called me about a past due bill which I never received. She told me how much the bill was for and I nearly had a heart attack. I explained that I was told otherwise and she said she would happily look into it. A few days later she called me back and everything was all set.Aside from that, thier guys show up on time and are friendly. I dealt with Karl and another gentleman who were both very confident in what they were doing. I use propane service from them and I honestly couldn't be happier.Thanks guys! ? and gals!!

Thurston is a good company if you're not concerned about spending some extra money. Unfortunately, they're the highest priced oil company in Naugatuck.
When it comes to emergency services, they are great. My furnace quit on me last winter and within 30 minutes they had a team out to my house to solve the problem.
The team at Thurston is polite and friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone stuck in a bind.
