my daughter order $79 flowers for mother day. what they delivered is totally not what my daughter ordered. this is the worst flower I ever received. I am going to talk to them tomorrow.

I ordered a floral arrangement online via SendFlowers.com. I upgraded from "regular" to "deluxe" as it was my best friend's 60th birthday. Upon receipt, my friend thanked me and then sent these ominous words: "I hope you didn't pay too much for this, it looks like a supermarket florist put this together." She sent me pictures and the arrangement looked NOTHING like the product I ordered. Most notably, the flowers were in a clear container and the chunk of green foam (sorry don't know what it is called-the foam stuff that the stems are stuck into) was wholly visible and it looked terrible. When I've received arrangements in the past, the florist will put greenery or other organic matter to cover up the unattractive foam. Additionally, the flowers were not arranged in an aesthetically appealing manner at all!! There were far fewer flowers than shown on the advertisement. Really sad to pay $70 for this...not to mention the embarrassment of a dear friend receiving something so lame.
