“I could not contain myself after reading Michele Varany 's 2 rating review. The audacity, I happen to be the other client in the other chair that day as Michele continuously acted erratically. She was all over the place with what she wanted and REPEATEDLY said, you did what I asked for and others she has gone to can't get it right. Sounds to me she as her dissatisfaction is habitual. That is telling. The fact she couldn't explain her way out of a paper bag is not a reflection on Karina's talent or treatment of her. On the contrary, Karina went ABOVE and beyond to accommodate and placate her unreasonable request. Who goes to a hairdresser and then doesn't allow them to blow dry her hair because she wants to do it. That says so much. I give Karina a GOLD star for handling her as professionally as she did, I would have thrown her out of my business wet hair an all. Some client's expectations are unrealistic and delusional.
