I have been going to Karen's salon for years and I love what she does for my hair, it's amazing! Not only does she make me look better ,she also is a wonderful person to talk to. We laugh from the time I come in till the time I leave. And to the guy that got mad for being charged for not showing up...... She's a professional just like a Dr., dentist, lawyer, etc...you probably wouldn't complain about .Even your job, what would your client say if you forgot about helping him?
