“WARNING: I have been a long time patient. My chart number is 30, they are up to 4500. I love the doctor and office staff. I paid every dime I was told I owed.At my cleaning last month, I was told I have a balance, but no specifics. It seemed as though did not want to see me until they cleared up the balance with the insurance company. I talked them into seeing me. I recived a call from them to talk about this balance. This is what they told me that my balance was over $9,000. I was floored. This is old claims. Not one call, letter, or notification at the time of my many appointments that there was a problem. The person also said that I signed something way back when that said this is my responsibility. She also said that they are not my personal financial consultant. If they do not clear this up, I cannot come up with $9,000. How can these people let my balance get to $9,000 with notifying me.“

We met Rob when I was coaching 5/6 Naugatuck Youth Soccer with Katie on my team Ever since then, he has been not only our dentist but a friend always interested in how our family is doing. Although my boys moved away, my daughters both continued to see him after they moved out. He always takes time to ask about the boys and catch up on their lives.
