Dr. Ly has seen me for many years. If I had to guess, almost 2 decades? Since I was a kid and first needed glasses, he's the only one who has got my prescription right. He is kind, patient, listens to you, and knows what he's doing. I've had problems with other eye doctor businesses (insurance changed, had to see others) who gave me bad prescriptions. He even took the time to look at the bad glasses to tell me what was wrong with them. I don't know what I'll do when either I move away or he retires! LOL Walmart's Vision Center services now take my insurance, though! So I'm grateful! (CT's Husky) People like to joke about Walmart a lot, but the Vision Center is no joke! They take care of you there. Especially the one in Naugatuck CT with Dr. Ly!!! He's the best! The other lovely folks there are also wonderful. On the phone I spoke with very polite and helpful individuals. Once, when having issues with a different business, I went to the Naugatuck Vision Center for help. I had figured out the place had installed my lenses incorrectly! I have circular frames - think Harry Potter but gold instead of black. They put them in at the wrong rotation. My lenses don't just pop out, they need to be unscrewed and put back in. The lovely people at the Naugatuck Vision Center took my glasses and fixed them for me right away, and I was just a walk-in! Didn't call or anything! Serious kudos goes out to the people who work there. Thank you all, sincerely.

I just realized that I have never left a review for this wonderful office. Over the years I have had to come here from injuries ranging from minor (skin infections) to severe (torn tendon in finger). I tore the tendon in my pinky while playing basketball at the ymca and had a “droopy finger”. I ran over here ASAP. I have always been helped with respect by the receptionists and medical staff. If you have a serious or minor injury I would recommend stopping by here because they will help you out. My pinky is healed and is almost perfectly straight due to the assistance I received at this place. They put my finger in a splint which needed to happen or else I would have had a bent finger forever. I’m sure the staff reads the reviews occasionally. Thank you!!!!!
My son has had several tutoring sessions with Mr. Bergin for the SAT exam. Mr. Bergin is very accommodating in terms of our schedule. Classes were done on a one to one basis via zoom due to our distance from his classroom. My son has derived a great deal from his teaching methods. Mr. Bergin is patient and understanding. He goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I made the appointment. When I got there he was all ready for me. I explained the problem that the docking port was not working. He said that would be no problem to fix. Then I asked him how long. I expected an answer like a few days. He hits me back and said 30 minutes I couldn't believe it. So I left the store and came back in 30 minutes and the phone was ready and it charges great now. He was also very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for all cellphone and computer needs.
Years ago I went to a different outpatient therapy center and felt it was a waste of time. I was apprehensive going again when my doctor suggested it for my back pain. I’m glad I gave it a shot. Both my wife and friend spoke highly of Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers. It only made sense to go there based on their recommendations. Megan was my PT. She’s amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and did I mention she’s amazing? I felt immediate relief and while I still had some hurting days, it progressively got better. The at home exercises in conjunction to her treatments made a big difference. I am no longer going for therapy but will certainly be back, if the time comes. THANK YOU!

I could not contain myself after reading Michele Varany 's 2 rating review. The audacity, I happen to be the other client in the other chair that day as Michele continuously acted erratically. She was all over the place with what she wanted and REPEATEDLY said, you did what I asked for and others she has gone to can't get it right. Sounds to me she as her dissatisfaction is habitual. That is telling. The fact she couldn't explain her way out of a paper bag is not a reflection on Karina's talent or treatment of her. On the contrary, Karina went ABOVE and beyond to accommodate and placate her unreasonable request. Who goes to a hairdresser and then doesn't allow them to blow dry her hair because she wants to do it. That says so much. I give Karina a GOLD star for handling her as professionally as she did, I would have thrown her out of my business wet hair an all. Some client's expectations are unrealistic and delusional. I can only sum up her behavior (Michele) by saying you can't make sense out of nonsense and then to have the nerve to post that rating. Shame on her.. Keep up the OUTSTANDING job Karina & Shannon. I had my first appointment with the delightful Norah for a balayage, haircut, and blowout. Norah explained every step of the process and gave me options best suited for my hair texture, color, and what would be flattering for my facial features. She answered all my questions with patience and great professionalism. I look forward to my next appointment.

I didn't think I'd find a good barbershop close to home but I'm glad I found this place. They seem to be very well known in the community and it shows. The barber I use,
Ronnie, knows exactly what he's doing every time. Appointments aren't required but if you have a particular barber you like cutting your hair then I highly suggest getting their number so you can confirm if they're busy or not. When I first went I was greeted warmly and even offered since ice cream cake to enjoy while waiting for a chair to be available. Hopefully the shop overall keeps doing what they're doing because I'm going to keep going back to get my haircut and beard shaped up.
Very friendly staff, exceptional service. Dahwin helps me with my ingrown toenail which gives me a lot of relief. My daughter and wife are regulars here and the staff always take care of them.

Loved this spot. Had a pedicure and manicure done. The service was friendly and professional. Had my nails done for a wedding event, and the polish has lasted (without any chipping etc) for longer than I’ve ever had from a salon. Truly impressed! Would certainly come back again anytime. I’ve know these guys who run the company for over 25 years. They are on top of things and responsible and timely individuals who do great work, and the best landscaping/snow removal company around. They also do all types of landscaping work and are outstanding at any type of maintenance that you may need, inside or outside. Keep up the great work guys!!

My Shihpoo visited here for the first time and it seemed like he had a great experience. I can tell from how he was when I picked him up. The previous place he had gone too, he seemed traumatized from it, and wouldn’t eat, and didn’t act like himself for days. He was happy as ever when I picked him up from Lauren’s! You guys are great, keep up the good work! A plus for me is being able to communicate via text with them for booking. We’ve found our new grooming spot ?
What a great deep massage! When I arrived my body was sore and full of muscle kinks after my 90 minutes massage, my body felt amazing. Great place to move stagnation from your muscles.
