Every single thing that I thought he wouldn’t notice, he had already taken into account by the time I mentioned it. This guy went through every nook and cranny with my husband for hours and found numerous troublesome issues. This was a bit more than we had paid in the past with a different company (long before we knew of him), but WOW - there was a difference. I cannot stress this enough, USE KEVIN. He was recommended by our pro agent, Samantha Smith. I trusted her judgment and we were not disappointed. You can tell Kevin genuinely cares about the homes and the people he works with. Even weeks after we received his in depth report we had follow up questions and he was just as helpful and responsive as he was on inspection day.
