Jay and crew installed mini splits in our home and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. We appreciated that everyone was respectful to us and to our home. And more importantly that Jay and team were on schedule, precise with our budget and went above and beyond the call to work with Groton Utilities for the appropriate rebates. Thanks Jay!
Jay Millas and his entire team are absolutely incredible! From the very beginning Jay visited our house to create a quote he was very polite, forthright and explained the reasons behind the quote and what our options would be for varying rebates based on the different units. He also handled all the permits, planned and coordinated with electricians (who were also wonderful) and the utilities company. The Millas office was extremely friendly and communicative to us about the days that team members would be arriving and any additional information or questions I might have had they were very quick to respond to me.

Called them when I had an emergency with my oil heater and the owner was responsive and professional. In today's world it's tough to find an owner that cares and is there to make sure the job is done right. I was so impressed I recently had them install a mini split A/C system. Once again, they did a great job with the owner walking us thru the controls after installation.
