I have a lot of knee pain.
Katie has given me a lot of new exercises.
Which has helped strengthen muscles around my knee. When I go for physical therapy, it's a non-stop hour of exercise. My knee pain is much less with the intensity of the right exercises. If you're tired of going to physical therapy, not getting any results, I would definitely go to independent physical therapy and see Katie.
She is a great physical therapist.
Katieanne was an INCREDIBLE physical therapist. She helped me heal my hip
injury and learn how to stay healthy and prevent future injury. Her dedication to
the science and the practice of physical
therapy has helped me so much. I am so grateful to her and this physical therapy office overall!
Heather, my PT has done an excellent job helping me manage my MS symptoms. She is very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I have been working with Heather for over 2 years and in that time I have had the opportunity to interact with several of the Mystic PT's. They are all professional and friendly.
