Katie and the staff at Independence PT have been amazing! I had a severe break in my arm that required surgery, 2 plates and 14 screws. my range of motion was extremely limited. Katie understood my limitations and gave me the exercises and guidance I needed to regain the range of motion that I desired. I enjoyed the forward progression and variations of exercises that were given to me. The pool PT sessions were more beneficial that I ever thought they would be. The power of water PT was a game changer! I would definitely recommend Independence PT!
Katie has been a joy to work with for both my pool & land sessions. She is patient & encouraging and I have made progress increasing my balance & strength. Highly recommend IPT!
I've been doing PT here for 6 months now, five of those have been in the pool. All three of the pool physical therapists are amazing, and know exactly how far to push you while letting your body get stronger without further injuring yourself. If I'm in more pain than usual on a PT day, they know to not push my therapy as hard. I love going and highly recommend them.
