Densmore/Bugbee Plumbing did an excellent job removing my 25 year old central air system and installing a new system. Had a minor issue with the thermostat but the next day they came back and fixed it.
We "inherited" Bugbee when we bought our house in 1999, which was a blessing since a 1856 house has lots of plumbing issues! Keith and Chris have been very responsive in dealing with our numerous leaks and other plumbing issues, plus they re-piped the basement to eliminate the source of many of the leaks. A couple of the problems required some detective work to figure out the exact source, and Keith's acute hearing did just that.
Can I give 6 stars? Chris showed up and immediately got to work fixing something I thought would definitely need replacing. Extremely friendly too with fair pricing. Highly recommended.
