I completed my very first visit with Dr. Vail, and I was totally impressed with the quality and sophistication of care! The office staff was spot on, having followed up on dental insurance, as well as seeking out my dental records from my former dental group. Dr. Vail cleaned my teeth, but the significant time she dedicated to me was really about learning as much as possible about my overall dental condition. I have seen many dentists over the years, but today's visit with Dr. Vail was the most comprehensive, professional and intelligent intake visit I have ever experienced, by a very wide margin. Five stars ... plus.

Katie and the staff at Independence PT have been amazing! I had a severe break in my arm that required surgery, 2 plates and 14 screws. my range of motion was extremely limited. Katie understood my limitations and gave me the exercises and guidance I needed to regain the range of motion that I desired. I enjoyed the forward progression and variations of exercises that were given to me. The pool PT sessions were more beneficial that I ever thought they would be. The power of water PT was a game changer! I would definitely recommend Independence PT!

Was visiting Mystic from out of town and needed to find a barber to clean up the back of my neck and sides prior to an event. Karen was able to accommodate me on very short notice and did a great job.
East Coast Electrical knocked it out of the park with installing my two NEMA 14-50 outlets, one outdoors and one indoors.I reached out to many electricians a week ago, but did not follow up with any of them as I got caught up in moving into our new home. I reached out to east coast electrical a 11pm once I realized I needed to get back on this project and they were here by 9:30am the next day and got the installation done quickly, in the rain, and for a price that I still can’t believe. I’ve done this installation a few times elsewhere at other properties and I’ve never seen a more fair invoice. Being responsive, quick, and affordable is all anyone could ask for.Great EV & Tesla Charging!!!

Being a family of 4 with two kids, we knew we needed some help with training after we got our pup, Whiskey. If you are ever in the unfortunate position of having to plan a funeral, this is where you want to go. From beginning to end, Joe and crew did absolutely everything to make a terrible and stressful time more manageable. Having never planned a funeral before, neither my mother nor I had any idea what to expect. Joe patiently guided us through the whole process, answered any questions we had, and did everything to honor my father's final wishes. They threw in many small personal touches that they did not have to in order to make my family comfortable. Thank you Joe for your compassion and kindness during what were some of the worst days of our lives.

Both Jen and Kaitlin were extremely patient with all of our questions, were able to provide guidance on any detail, and are truly the reason the day went smoothly. Our day featured torrential rain and wind, which I can guarantee we would not have been able to navigate if it were not for Kaitlin and Jen. Largely happy with my experience at Le Spa. I had my makeup and hair done for a wedding. I was only a guest but I am terrible at doing it myself. My only issue with the service was the price, as I felt it was rather expensive for what I got done.
dan's team did an outstanding job on my screened gutters. They look like new now, They came on time with texts about the ETA and answered our questions completely. The cleanup was also spectacular all around the house. It was a. big job and it was done just right.

I can't praise Tyler and TMG enough. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday, and TMG was the only company that was able to come through, and fix my problem the same day, within a few hours of me calling them for help.
The whole process was easy, and Danielle who took my call explained everything very clearly, and I knew what to expect from a service and cost point of view up front.
There was a lot of good communication provided by TMG. A clear set of paperwork was sent to me to approve the work.
Tyler sent multiple texts stating the time window when they would arrive, and when they were en-route.
The best part of the experience came when Tyler showed up with his helper and immediately got to work fixing my issue. They knew what they were doing, and were in and out quickly. They also made sure all the plumbing was working as expected before they left.
I would HIGHLY recommend TMG for your plumbing emergencies.

She provided excellent advice about frames and color coordination, and reached out with reasonable alternatives (that did not increase the price) when the originally selected options were unavailable. She made a good recommendation to use anti-UV protection glass on our project. The total cost of this project was approximately $470. Recommend using Donna for your custom framing needs in the New London county area!
Dr. Falck is a superior doctor and human being. He treats each patient with dignity and respect. He recommends what needs to be done and why. Over the years he has treated my mother, my sister, myself and more recently my close friend. He explained to my friend what the issue was and how to treat. She had been seeing another doctor for years with sub par results. He is the best!
Advanced Improvements just finished roof, siding, gutter and exterior trim work replacements on our house and we love it all. They arrived on schedule each day and cleaned up every evening - no nails lurking in the lawn. We were impressed with the great attention to precision and detail by their crews and super job boss Altin who answered all our questions and made sure everything was done right. Our house now looks great, but more than that we’re happy to know that all the hidden issues in the old sheathing, roof and exterior seams are gone!

I’ve used this facility often and everyone is always exceptional, it’s clean and there’s little to no wait even when I’m a walk in.Today was next level though, I had a complicated question and it was very close to closing time so I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone by having them search for an answer, I had my imaging and went to leave and the receptionist called me back in and took me to someone’s office so they could give me the answer, they explained everything thoroughly in a way I could understand. That meant so much to me, I wish I could remember the receptionists name to put it here but she definitely went above and beyond for me at the end of the day.
We had Chris Roy inspect a home we are buying in Norwich. Chris was the most thorough and helpful. He pointed out issues and explained in detail the importance of mitigating those issues. He was thoroughly professional, thorough, and amiable. He spent over three hours inspecting the house, from top to bottom.
