“I've gone here 2x now and the spa itself is a nice place. Upon entering they give u a hot towel for your face. When you enter u walk down the hallway to the locker room the change. They give you robes and slippers. And there's a sauna and steam room. And lockers to put your things. Everything is pretty small compared to other spas, but very clean and when it's not busy it's nice. You can go into their waiting room which is a relaxing room. There's water and diffusers which has a nice smell. Then your masseuse comes and gets you by name. They bring you to the small room to get your massage. Can I say the first time I went I got an hour massage for $170 and I added aromatherapy for $30 and a head scalp routine for $30. During my 60 minutes, they used the aromatherapy oil that smelled like cedar lavender, and then during my 60 mins they also started doing my scalp routine, basically combing my hair with a brush using oil. So even though I paid for $170 for the 60 min massage, the scalp treatment wasn't an additional time, it happened during your 60 mins so watch out for that. The tip is included in the price. The second time I went I got a 60 min massage for $170, that's it. If you want a 90 min massage is $225, so that's a lot for just adding 30 whole mins! Anyways I'm satisfied with this. Nice people and service. I would go back. Nice experience besides being pricy.“

“Called because I was looking for a handicap friendly massage place and for my daughter. The therapist was very thorough. We Filled out a questionnaire. Alot of goodies to buy there. Place is small but very inviting. Therapist was pleasant and my daughter was so relaxed she fell asleep. She said she would like another one. I liked that the therapist was attentive and made sure she had a good experience. As far as handicap friendly, its small but no steps and no barriers to prevent anyone from getting a massage.“

“Went to check this place out on a whim and the woman who owns this place and does all the work is wonderful. She does a great job & actually really knows what she is doing unlike the more commercial places where the turnover rate is so high you can't get someone who's truly knowledgeable. She is also one of the nicest people I've ever met, truly cares about her clients and her work. My dry skin and rosacea (which I didn't know was part of my problem until she told me) feels so much better after just one session. Will def be a repeat client.“

“Norwich Spa has always been a favorite. I was there for my birthday with a girlfriend. The staff were courteous and friendly. The massage was great, but a few choices that I would routinely receive were no longer offered (the vischi scrub/upper gate massage and it's a little more pricey. Anyone coming should take advantage of all services offered, i.e, swimming, fitness room/classes included with treatments. The masseuse was very good and I appreciate his attentiveness and recommendations for my next visit. I will return because I believe in self care and self- investment. My day was amazing!!!!!

“Amazing place! Spotless, friendly, reasonably priced and Cristina does the best powder dip on the planet!! Lasts 3 weeks without a chip and I am really rough on my nails!!! I found my mani/pedi home!! They offer a nice neck and shoulder massage every time for a nominal fee!
