We have been using Dr. Basak-Smith for 18 years and he has treated all of our animals - from cats and dogs and guinea pigs - with the same compassion and care he has for his own animals. My dog had extensive surgeries, including an ACL repair and a splenectomy. His approach is always honest and in the best interest of your fur baby. Our family cannot be more grateful and speak highly enough of the entire team.“

He and his team go out of their way to offer help in difficult circumstances. They are compassionate and creative and help you to make reasonable decisions in emotional times. So caring and calm. “I've been going to these vets for 25+ yrs since they opened their doors and will continue to go to them as long as I have pets. The drs and staff are very compassionate towards your animal and you!! The front staff always greet you and your pet and will work with you to get you in asap, if needed. Even when my daughter ran in with an emergency, they dropped what they were doing and took our cat right in, did surgery on his eye with a full waiting room!!! That was a horrible accident but they were so reassuring and patient with my daughter. Countryside Vets is awesome. Thank you everyone there. ?“

During the examinations Dr. Ball was pleasant and thorough. She was not rushed and answered my questions professionally and thoughtfully. “They have been phenomenal for our 4year old cat. She is feisty and has unfortunately had quite a list of health issues over the past year and a half. Last year she became very sick basically overnight. Our previous primary "low cost" vet was impossible to get a hold of. I was frantically calling every vet I could find and no one was willing to fit her in as a new patient. They were so kind and did what they could to get us seen. They worked with us on finding her the right medication and offered affordable options. Their visits are pretty affordable as well. The doctor is great, thorough, and straight to the point.
