Finding honest, responsive, and reasonably-priced contractors these days is often no better than a complete shot in the dark. Lucky for me, a trusted friend recommended Jim and I am enormously grateful that he did. I had a plumbing emergency at my rental over the New Year. I could not get anyone to return my calls, much less commit to an appointment. Jim showed up bright and early on January 2nd and got straight to work. Within a couple hours, my old hot water heater had been removed and replaced with a brand new, larger, and more efficient model.
