We moved into a house with existing carpets...and animal stains. Turns out they had never really been cleaned. Not only did they help me pick a carpet replacement, and come quickly for accurate measurements, but also recommended a great guy for cleaning. These people really know customer service and carpets!! Highly recommend.

I recommend this establishment for getting carpets. CONSULTATION - the professionals were very helpful. They were patient and showed us a variety of options and styles. We took samples home to get a better sense of how the carpet would look. VARIETIES - there were plenty of brands and designs to choose from. We went with a highly customized design/boarder with a durable Nylon. DELIVERY - given COVID and the supply chain it took a little over 7 weeks to get the carpet made. INSTALLATION - once carpet was in CT they delivered the next morning. Our installer couldn't have been more congenial, professional and knowledgeable.
