He is so knowledgeable and explained everything to us - he even gave cost saving recommendations. Marc goes above and beyond looking out for his clients and the time he gives for the fixed price was a great value to us. We used Marc and his network for Pest, Home, Pool and Septic services. After our inspection, which he put overtime in on, Marc spent 45 mins at a time on calls going through every single detail of his 76-page report. Not only did he go over the issues, but he explained every detail of the mechanics of the home and its utilities to prepare a new homeowner like me for what will be required of us. He is kind, patient and diligent. He is a professional through and through.

Marc Champagne did a fantastic job inspecting the home we are purchasing. He was punctual, very thorough, professional, deliberative, and patient with all our questions. He was honest and forthcoming about issues he was not an expert in and made a recommendation for that issue/questions. His report was provided expeditiously, also. He even returned to redo an assessment the sellers botched for less the normal charge.
