Marc goes above and beyond looking out for his clients and the time he gives for the fixed price was a great value to us. We used Marc and his network for Pest, Home, Pool and Septic services. After our inspection, which he put overtime in on, Marc spent 45 mins at a time on calls going through every single detail of his 76-page report. Not only did he go over the issues, but he explained every detail of the mechanics of the home and its utilities to prepare a new homeowner like me for what will be required of us. He is kind, patient and diligent. He is a professional through and through.

Marc Champagne did a fantastic job inspecting the home we are purchasing. He was punctual, very thorough, professional, deliberative, and patient with all our questions. He was honest and forthcoming about issues he was not an expert in and made a recommendation for that issue/questions. His report was provided expeditiously, also. He even returned to redo an assessment the sellers botched for less the normal charge.

If you are buying a house in CT, there is NO one better to call than Marc! As first time home buyers we were pretty nervous about the whole process- then Marc walked in! He was not only wonderfully thorough and professional, he was patient and completely involved us in every step of the process. He was funny, detail orientated and really knows his stuff (seriously, how does one person know everything about houses? Marc does!) Our inspection was an easy experience thanks to Marc. Not a bad way to spend a morning! I would give ten stars if I could!
