Having Marc inspect our new potential home was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Marc took his time to inspect everything thoroughly, even things we didn’t think about ourselves. He is so knowledgeable and explained everything to us - he even gave cost saving recommendations. Marc also coordinates with various specialists for other deeper dive inspections if desired - such as a septic specialist, pest control, and HVAC. Buying a house can be extremely stressful but Marc made this inspection process so smooth and easy for us. I will never use anyone but Marc moving forward whether I’m buying or selling. He’s a great person with a great business and we are so happy to have met Marc in the process.

Working with Marc was such a breeze! Just from talking on the phone with him, I knew I wanted to work with his company; he was just so personable. When it came time to the inspection and follow-up, he was extremely knowledgeable. Any question I had - before or after the inspection - he answered it in complete detail and in a way that anyone would be able to understand. His work definitely exceeded our expectations! We would HIGHLY recommend him and would definitely utilize his services again!

Marc is the best out there when it comes to home inspections. He's personable, knowledgable, and really thorough in explaining in detail the things that he is reviewing during his inspection. He made us feel a lot more comfortable with purchasing our home. 5 stars for sure!
