An absolute haven- every time I enter, I immediately feel calm and grounded, all the staff members are incredibly kind, attentive & helpful in ensuring you have a great experience- I always feel listened to and never rushed. Every single appointment I feel better stepping out than I did going in. The rooms are clean and the ambiance is perfect, lighting and sound all at comfortable levels & I really notice how much of a positive effect my sessions have on me. This place is a treasure here in Milford. Whether it was a sacral massage for my son, a regular massage for my other son or an Ashiatsu massage for me, all three of us came out happy with our experience.It is so nice to have so many options to increase our wellness right here in town. Everyone there is wonderful to work with and will do everything they can to make you feel better.They have so many services they provide and will guide you on which one is right for you if you aren't sure which one you would like.Totally worth a try!
