I worked with Jessica Huynh for this visit. I had severe ear impaction, pain and a little discharge in right ear. Jessica and her team quickly assessed the situation and within 10 minutes had me in the ear cleaning room to begin work. She could see immediately the level of impaction. The work took 40 minutes, quite a long time but she had a lot to do. She kept me up to date on what she was going to do and with her careful steady hands worked her magic with no pain to me. After a total of an hour, all was clean, clear and back to normal. I only wish these services could be offered more quickly as there is list of patients who need assistance. I was very sick with blocked ears and a persistent cough. Denise at the Hamden office was extremely helpful and sympathetic and got me in for an appointment with Dr Hirokawa. Dr. Hirokawa was gentle and compassionate, ordered some tests, diagnosed my problem, prescribed the medication and assured me that I should be well soon. It was a very warm and comforting experience meeting the staff and Dr. Hirokawa. Thanks to their care, I had a speedy recovery. Siva C

I’ve had two surgeries with Dr Chen and all went well. They’ve done allergy tests and shots for me. I see his daughter Dr Tiffany Chen now and I’m having a third surgery. They are great. No issues.
