I am leaving Sally’s place VERY happy! She listened to everything I wanted and then worked her magic! My hair came out beautifully, and Sally is so kind and fun to talk to. Sally Whelan is a hair stylist that just relocated to her own space in Milford. The independent businesses are located in the Salons by JC complex. Sally is by NO means a new stylist. She is a highly sought after professional that has been a coveted stylist in Stratford previously.Sally has been doing my hair since I was in high school. She is absolutely the reason for such a loyal client base. Sally was the top colorist at her previous salon and has never disappointed oh a hair cut. I've never seen anyone who has left unhappy.
