I could not be happier with Dr. Valentino and the staff at Pond Point Animal Hospital! Truly! Ruby is an excitable Australian Shepard, who, last time there was a terror, and I was worried. Well she was merely excited this time .... Dr. Valentino was wonderful and gave Ruby a great exam, and was very attentive to her behavior and engaged me during the exam keeping me attuned to what she was doing. I was very pleased. I think it takes a special talent and personality to be a "good" veterinarian.... Who treats not only our pets but us as well.... Dr. Valentino does this admirably well! I wish you oodles of success at Pond Point - I will happily refer anyone who asks for a vet.....
Dr Carter is meticulous and takes the time to fully explain what is going on with your dog. She put my dog on 3 supplements for her arthritis and the treatment worked like magic! My 13 year old mixed breed rescue dog runs around like a puppy -- hard to believe a year ago she was limping and stiff and didn't even want to go on her walks. Highly recommend this practice and Dr Carter in particular.
We are so satisfied with Pond Point Animal Hospital. I’ve had to take our boy for several reasons such as diarrhea, annual shots, and skin issues. Each visit we are greeted with love and respect by the staff. The doctor is kind, knowledgeable and patience with all of my questions and during all of our follow ups. If I need to call or text, they promptly answer. I’ve been to 3 different practices in the area (searching for the best) and this is definitely it!
