I recently installed central air in my home. The HVAC guys had to put the flex duct in my family room crawl space which I had not been in for over 30 years. It was in terrible condition. I had so much moisture most of my insulation had fallen and there was evidence of past mouse activity. My exterminator had used New England Performance in his own home and recommended them to me. From the moment I called and Carol answered the phone, I knew I would be in good hands. Carol was friendly, knowledgeable, and very reassuring since I was a bit nervous about what I needed to do and the cost.
