So thankful for the ladies here! They are thoughtful and offer insight into muscle areas that are resisting rest. I have a chronic illness and they have worked with my limitations with such kindness! Scheduling is easy and the space is cozy and calming. Highly recommend checking them out!
I have had a number of massages at Life Balance and have loved everyone one of them. I have worked with Katherine and Lauren so far and both have listened to what I needed before the treatment and then provided the perfect massages. The right amount of pressure in the right areas. I highly recommend them and will keep coming back. From start to finish, it is a professional operation.
I had a 90 minute massage with Jessica, first time going. She was welcoming when I got there and made sure that I felt comfortable. The massage was great, and she did a fantastic job at balancing conversation with some peaceful quiet time. You can tell that she puts a lot of time and effort into both her business and practice. I will certainly be going back, and suggesting that my wife do the same. Thanks Jessica!
