The facility is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for dogs to play all day. Many dogs, like Trixie, Lincoln, Tank, and Ollie, show excitement when arriving. The webcam feature allows owners to easily check in on their pets and see them having fun and making new friends. Dogtopia also offers grooming services, ensuring every dog feels loved and well-cared for. The team’s attentiveness and support make it easy to book and benefit from memberships. Overall, Dogtopia of Milford provides a great experience for both dogs and their owners, making it a top choice for daycare, boarding, and grooming needs.
Everyone at Dogtopia are kind and patient and you can really tell they love what they do. My dog Tank and my daughter's dog Ollie love Dogtopia so much that they whimper, cry and bounce in the car as soon as the building comes into view. They run to the door as fast as they can and I know that they are in good hands.My only complaint is that when you sign up for an event, just booking for the day does not mean you automatically get the event. You have to sign up separately for the event which I did not know. That being said, they explained it afterward and assured me I was signed up for the next one.
Amazing staff and they are always attentive. My Bentley bear will literally go crazy when we turn onto the street. He loves it there. Makes me happy to know he has a place with great people looking after him.
