Alex and another gentleman showed up at my house not long after I called pulled the toilet off clean the ring area applied a new Donut and connected it. There is still a problem with the pipes being clogged they did everything they were supposed to.

Bath Planet did a fantastic job installing a tub to walk in shower conversion during our recent bathroom renovation. Steve the sales guy was very helpful and accommodating from his initial visit to the finish. Joe and Julie in the Milford office were really good about scheduling the work around the needs of the people who were doing the electrical, plumbing, and floor/tile work. Our installers, Alan and someone whose name I can’t recall, did the job over three days including a 12-hour marathon to get the job finished on the final day. Bath Planet did a wonderful job, every was so nice and they did a wonderful job. Jimmy the sales guy, James from installation, Alex the head technician came back to put handles on cabinets n was great. Melissa n Julie were awesome too
