Jacob was absolutely wonderful to work with. He really explained the advantages of doing a full tub remodel versus a liner. We love our new tub/shower! So glad we listened to him a couldn’t be happier!

My sales person, Jacob, was very precise in his description of what was to be done, installing the shower, taking out the bathtub, so I understood exactly what was going to be done. He went through all of the paperwork with me and made it so easy. Showed me a sample of the material that was going to used, so I knew what I would be getting and the match was perfect with my vanity. Also, he was very pleasant!
Jeff, the installer, was amazing! He showed up right on time on May 6. He started the demolition of my existing bathtub and shower without any kind of complications. It’s amazing what he did dismantle my existing shower and tub! On May 7th, again... read full review

Bathfitter replaced my tub with a walk in shower, which included the one piece acrylic surround. It was very expensive, but the technician did an excellent job. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. I would recommend Bathfitter of Milford CT.
