I can't Express how happy I am with the help that I received from Jeff and Mark @ American ladders... even though I had probably a small job at my house ( by Myself), and being a senior citizen they were so kind and explained exactly what I needed. They were Able to give me a fantastic price for the week so I could put in my 2 windows. I highly recommend them... appreciate their professionalism. Their customer service is A1 it was a pleasure working with them.
