I had a leak in my house recently, and A Plus was great helping me out. I have a 100 year old house that has some weird corners and crevices, so it can be a challenge to find out what is going on. Ray, Adam and Adam came out and were so helpful and extremely friendly. Ray was literally on the roof in the rain working hard to figure it out, and Adam crawled in my tiny attic to get a better look. I could tell they were concerned about the leak and eager to help me, so I don't have future problems.The customer service was great and I appreciate how quickly the team responded.

A+ certainly lives up to if not exceeds their name, I am beyond pleased with both the work done and the customer service I received on my new roof. Ray and Christin were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. Ray went above and beyond to work with me to make sure I understood all the work that was going to be done on my roof and kept me in the loop as work was being done, the before, during and after photos are a great touch of service. I highly recommend A+!

After all the wicked weather recently, I experienced some water stains in the corner of my breezeway. Ray was a super sleuth! He identified the issues and remedied the problems, explaining both. I am pleased with both the response time and the efficiency in dealing with the leaks. Thank you Ray and owner Alex, for taking care of my situation !
