I had an electrical fire which caused damage to an outside wall by the master bath and most of the damage was smoke-related. Paolo and his crew traveled and commuted to my northern Massachusetts house to mitigate by cleaning all surfaces, remove carpeting, put all my furniture and possessions in storage then return everything a month later. There was some minor damage to several items and Paolo had a stereo speaker repaired. He was extremely professional and caring. It was obvious his crew respected and liked him greatly.
