I called this company first time they said they would call back a lady from the office called me back said she had to talk to her husband, but never heard back so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them back again to give them a second chance, and their response was even worse They did not even call me back. At that point after I spoke to the person in the office I would not think this company is very reliable. A company that does not even have the courtesy to call you back and tell you that they are too busy. I would not even think of doing business with them at all. Shame on you

Didn't even get to have them come out. I needed my central air checked, the office lady Barbie never returned my voicemails even after she told me she'd call me back with a time for someone to come out. Not great to have someone like that be the person of contact for your business. Extremely frustrating to deal with, went with another company.

We bought our home in September of 2021 , which was only contingent on the furnace being serviced and cleaned out since we knew it was older.. we were told it was cleaned by this company and bought the home. 2 days before Christmas our furnace started to puff out black soot and smoke into our home due to it being SO FULL it could no longer vent out. We were displaced from our brand new home for a MONTH while it was cleaned out. When I contacted T&S to ask about this, I was told by Barbie that she would look into it and let me know who cleaned the furnace. 2 weeks later no response still, so I call back and am told that they did clean it and there's nothing else they can do. When I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. I told her she was very unprofessional and should care more about her clients. All she had to say was she was going to hang up on me now. NICE job, signing off on a cleaning that was NOT done - I have proof of this - and they don't care at all. Way to go Barbie and Jeff - I hope you get diarrhea.
