I don’t frequently leave negative reviews but I’m so frustrated w this group that I’m sharing my experience. I was new to the area a year ago and needed a yearly physical so called around they had availability so went with it. The Dr or APRN I met is no longer there but she wasn’t the issue. My 1st appointment went fine no issues, I got a call to come back to discuss bloodwork. I thought it was an emergency. Made the follow up, she was running late and I sat there for over an hr waiting and I needed to get to work. No emergency my thyroid was off, I’ve been on meds for 20yrs. Staff is friendly, docs are helpful and respectful but, this office does not fill prescriptions without several calls made to the office. It’s a constant and it doesn’t matter which doctor you’ve seen. If you just left the office you will have to call them again after your pharmacy informs you no prescription was called in. They know it’s a problem as well as when you call the office on a Friday, when they’re closed, the message says they don’t refill meds after hours. So there’s that. Website needs to be updated. Dr Robert Stein retired the summer of 2020! Out of this entire group he was more pleasant and listened to his patients. He wasn't the type to ...get them in and out , patient wise. So sad he retired but happy for him. He was awesome!!!!!!
