Very bad experience. Dealing with front desk is very stressful. They scheduled my kids appointments at 7:15 PM (that too not with our regular pediatrician) siting no available slots during the day and when we arrived came to know they changed the appointment time for one kid without communication and double book another kid’s appointment. How can they be so inconsiderate and that too on a school night. This is my last rodeo with them, exploring other options.

I've been bringing both of my daughter's who are 12 & 19, to Family Practice since they were born. My 19yo started off seeing Dr. Susan Hadley, she was great, than went on to Dr. Rosener, who also is great. Now they both have been seeing Dr. O'Callahan for the past 10 years and he's great too, I don't think there's enough space for me to write how awesome everyone is at this office from the receptionist to nurses to the doctors, I will always be appreciative of everyone there♥
