Very caring, attentive and responsive staff. They make the process of beginning therapy not only easy but welcoming. Couldn’t recommend Small Victories enough for a place to receive excellent care.
I've been a patient at Small Victories for almost two years. I have nothing but good things to say about Small Victories. They have multiple ways for me to schedule or cancel appointments which is super important for me- I can text, use the portal, whatever is most accessible. I'm able to text admin with any questions about billing forms, etc. and always get a response in 24 hours-this way I can contact them while I'm at work and not need to take time away. I am a business consultant that works very closely with the Small Victories team and am continually impressed by the way that their team members collaborate and focus their efforts to consistenly deliver high quality care and services to their clients. If I were in their service area, I would definitely be a client!
