We have had two bad experiences at this funeral home. They are overpriced with very poor customer service. When my grandmother passed away, my wife and I planned the funeral. The entire time, they tried to get us to spend more money. They kept telling us about the more expensive options that were part of her late husband’s funeral. We were met with an attitude when we turned those options down. Then when my father passed away the customer service was even worse. They forgot to publish his obituary. They forgot to publish my father-in-law’s obituary. Completely unacceptable. Do your job.There were three typos on the prayer card. Sloppy and careless.

We’ve entrusted Biega’s to handle our family’s funerals however, they made a lot of mistakes for the funeral of my veteran father. The prayer cards had the wrong birthdate, those had to be corrected. The stand as you walk in for the viewing had the time listed as 11pm instead of 11am. I don’t know where this error lies but on dads headstone it lists Vietnam and should’ve been Korea. My father never served in Vietnam and does an huge injustice to those soldiers who did serve and made the ultimate sacrifice. Just a big disappointment.
